Absolutely. This course is open to anyone who is interested. It is designed to be accessible and beneficial for participants from all backgrounds, beliefs, experiences, and education.
Sessions can be conducted either in person or online. While in-person participation is preferred for the best experience, online attendance is also fully supported. We do ask that the entire group chooses a single format, either all attending in person or all joining online.
Registration for ALEC[tion] classes opens January 1, 2026. We ask that participants sign up in groups of at least 12, with a maximum of 50 per group. This helps ensure a great experience for everyone.
Because this is not a passive course. It is a guided, relational process involving live teaching, personal story work, gift discernment, and practical application over thirty days. The cost reflects the time, preparation, team involvement, and gifts required to offer this experience with care and integrity. To preserve the integrity of ALEC[tion] we have carefully applied the principles we teach to arrive at this price.
Systematized Formation requires structure, time, and sustainability. The program itself teaches us how to identify, honor, and support gifts so that participants can be guided well and the team providing that guidance can do so responsibly and long-term.
A limited number of payment plans and partial scholarships are available by private request. Financial need is handled discreetly and respectfully. No one is publicly singled out or pressured.
No. The founders rate is offered to early participants only and is limited in availability. Future participants will enroll at the standard rate.
All sessions are recorded and available through a secure portal. Participants are encouraged to attend live whenever possible, as the group interaction is a significant part of the experience.
With that said, this is a structured formation experience for those who are very serious. In the absence of unforeseen emergencies, all who enroll are expected to attend for the in-person formation and/or online, with their video cameras on for the virtual classes
This program is holistic. It integrates gift identification, personal story, and practical application in a communal setting. The goal is not just clarity, but holistic alignment—helping participants live out their calling in tangible ways and balance their lives through revelation.
